Natives empowering Natives

Honoring the ones who spoke in code. Built for the ones who want to write it.

Codetalkers is a Native-led team building tech programs, courses, and apps with tribal communities. Coding a future we own.

// then
language.usedAs("code");
// the languages of 33 tribes
// messages no enemy could break

// now
community.learns("code");
// classrooms, courses, and apps
// a future we own

The name is a play on both: those who used their languages as code, and those who want to code.

What we do

Programs, courses, and apps tribal communities own.

  • Coding

    As Natives who love to code, we create and share programs that give students and professionals a real way into the IT industry.

  • Native

    Every tribal community is different. We listen, learn, and experiment to build programs, courses, and apps that fit the people who will use them.

  • Reciprocate

    Whether it is a new programming language or a first look at AI and robotics, giving back is how communities build self-determination.

Language Toolkit

A language toolkit your nation owns outright.

A plan for saving, teaching, and using your language with AI as a helper, built on one rule: your community decides what is shared, what is taught, and what stays sacred.

Read the plan
  • 01Your nation holds the keys. Codetalkers looks after it and never owns it.
  • 02Sacred words are locked with a key the AI never has.
  • 03Nothing an AI makes goes in the record until a fluent speaker approves it.
  • 04Download everything and shut off our access with one decision.

    GrantsPath

    Grant management for every stage of the funding lifecycle.

    Discovery, application, post-award compliance, and renewal in one platform built for tribal nations and Native-serving organizations. A grants office can search live grants, score fit, step through an application, and read a whole portfolio the way a new grants manager would.
